So currently I am hunting for the oh so perfect spot in a nice corner of London to host some steamy intimate encounters. In plain English I'm looking for an in call flat.
To the outsider reader that may seem like a fairly simple task. Find flat, see flat then get flat. I wish. An in call flat to me is a complex thing. It has to fit so many requirements - discreet, modern/luxe, near to transport, welcoming and more. Want to avoid nosey neighbours but don't want to be at the end of an alley. Within a certain budget but not somewhere myself of my lovers will feel uncomfortable. You catch my drift.
So I am house hunting. It may take a while but I am excited to find that perfect place. A patio for summer Pimms in silk dressing gowns, a large walk in shower for those after sex wet kisses and plenty of space for a huge comfy bed.
On my search I've noticed a lot of what I'm calling "Estate Agent Jargon". Buzz words to draw a flat seeker in and normally used to hide the not so nice.
Here are a few of mine - I'd love to hear a few of yours. I've also added a photo I took when deliberating dress choice the other evening. (Red won).
